      • Radiation proctitis
      • Oral cavity delayed soft tissue radiation injury
      • Laryngeal necrosis
      • Abdominal, pelvic, and other soft tissue wounds due to radiation injury
  • Compromised skin grafts and flaps, to include
    • Breast reduction
    • Amputation
    • Gum/skin grafts and flaps
    • Reconstruction following Mohs surgery
  • Acute peripheral ischemia, ex Frostbite
  • Crush injuries and suturing if severed limbs (acute)
  • Gas gangrene
  • Gas embolism
  • Progressive necrotizing infections
  • Actinomycosis
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning
  • Cyanide poisoning
  • Decompression illness
