- Abdominal, pelvic, and other soft tissue wounds due to radiation injury
- Compromised skin grafts and flaps, to include
- Breast reduction
- Amputation
- Gum/skin grafts and flaps
- Reconstruction following Mohs surgery
- Acute peripheral ischemia, ex Frostbite
- Crush injuries and suturing if severed limbs (acute)
- Gas gangrene
- Gas embolism
- Progressive necrotizing infections
- Actinomycosis
- Carbon monoxide poisoning
- Cyanide poisoning
- Decompression illness
